6:40 PM: Interactive Shabbat service and story for families with children ages 7 - 11.

Chanting Shabbat Led by Lisa Zbar, Second Friday of Each Month

6:15 PM Join us as we light candles; chant, using call and response, too, inspired by Yofiyah's Kabbalah Kirtan for welcoming the beloved, alternating with silence; then continue with blessings -- kiddush and motzi, before sitting together for a communal meal, ending with birkat ha mazon. Maybe some z'mirot (Shabbat songs), too. Chanting Shabbat is open to everyone, and you definitely do not need to consider yourself a singer to participate. RSVP to let us know what you will bring for the vegetarian, pot luck meal.

Kabbalat Shabbat, Third Friday of Each Month

6:30 PM Our monthly Kabbalat Shabbat programming for adults and young folks looking for a spiritual, musical connection to Shabbat. Cantor Segal is joined by guest musicians each month.
